Why are NFTs important?

NFTs are important for 4 reasons:

The foremost advantage of NFTs is evident in the proof of ownership.
NFTs ensure that buyers are safe from the concerns of fake NFTs. Downloading a picture of the Mona Lisa from the internet does not make you its owner.

AUTHENTICITY

NFTs provide the assurance of authenticity: they are immune to modifications, removal, or replacement.

TRANSFERABILITY

Since NFTs are based on smart contracts, ownership transfers become easy by incorporating the use of smart contracts.
Ownership transfers can be completed upon fulfilment of specific conditions between buyer and seller outlined in smart contracts.

PASSIVE INCOME & RECOGNITION FOR NFTs CREATORS

With the help of NFTs, the ownership of content is integrated into the content only. So, when the creators sell their content, the funds go directly to them.
If a new owner sells the NFT, the creator could receive royalties by setting up smart contracts while developing NFTs. The original creator can receive royalties for each re-sale of the token since the NFT metadata includes the creator’s address.

To sell your BRAND MINDS NFTs, you need to upload them on Maiar NFT Marketplace. From there, you can choose to list them for sale at a set price or opt for an auction-style sale in which buyers place bids.

How can I UPGRADE my ticket?

Depending on the availability, you can apply for a ticket UPGRADE.

Upgrading your ticket is possible if you bought a ticket for the event and then decided to switch to a superior option, such as a BUSINESS or FIRST CLASS ticket.
This upgrade can happen by paying the ticket difference between the value of the first ticket you bought and the new ticket.

How can I TRANSFER my ticket to someone else?

There are 2 Possibilities to transfer your event ticket to someone else, and they depend on your check-in status for the event.

Possibility 1: If you have not yet check-in for the event, you can transfer the ticket following the below steps:

STEP 1: Access your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that through the LOG IN – MY ACCOUNT button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website;
STEP 2: After accessing your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;
STEP 3: Choose the ticket you want to check-in and then click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET button;
STEP 4: You will find 3 options available for each ticket: Option 1: E-mail check-in link – which offers you the option to send the ticket through email to a person which you want to invite at the event; Option 2: Copy check-in link – which offers you the option to send the check-in link through a side communication channel (such as Email Body or WhatsApp for example) to a person you want to invite at the event; Option 3: Check-in myself – which offers you the option to check-in at the event if the ticket has been purchased for yourself. In order to transfer the ticket to a different person, you can choose Option 1 or 2.

Possibility 2: If you have already checked-in for the event, you can transfer the ticket following the below steps:

STEP 1: Access your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that through the LOG IN – MY ACCOUNT button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website;
STEP 2: After accessing your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;
STEP 3: Choose the ticket you have already checked-in for yourself and click on the RESET THIS TICKET button.
STEP 4: Reassign the ticket to the person you want to transfer the pass by following the STEPS presented above, at the first Possibility.

How do I CHECK-IN for the event?

In order to CHECK-IN for the event, please follow the below steps:

STEP 1: Access your BRAND MINDS Account. You can do that through the LOG IN – MY ACCOUNT button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website;
STEP 2: After accessing your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu;
STEP 3: Choose the ticket you want to check-in and then click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET button;
STEP 4: You will find 3 options available for each ticket: Option 1: E-mail check-in link – which offers you the option to send the ticket through email to a person which you want to invite at the event; Option 2: Copy check-in link – which offers you the option to send the check-in link through a side communication channel (such as Email Body or WhatsApp for example) to a person you want to invite at the event; Option 3: Check-in myself – which offers you the option to check-in at the event if the ticket has been purchased for yourself. If that is the case, click on the CHECK-IN button below Option 3.
STEP 5: Check your data and update it if necessary. Click on the CONFIRM ATTENDANCE button to finish the Check-in process and receive the event ticket on the email and on the MY TICKETS section on your account.

What is the value of the tickets’ VAT?

The VAT tax added to each order is in compliance with the laws of the country in which the event takes place. A ticket to a BRAND MINDS event that happens in Bucharest will be subject to Romanian VAT.

Are there objects that are FORBIDDEN to bring at the event?

Please keep in mind that the following objects are forbidden:

Professional camcorders and recorders are prohibited in the Conference room;
Weapons or any kind or objects that can be considered weapons, including toys;
Tripods for cameras or selfie sticks (hands camera extensions for mobile devices are forbidden as well);
Bags larger than 22 inches x 15 inches x width 18 cm high (54 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm);
Pets or other animals, except for approved animals accompanying people with disabilities, who must remain in the leash and always near their owner;
Recreation devices, such as drones, remote control toys or any other wheel devices other than a briefcase or a briefcase mobility device for the persons with disabilities;
Glass objects;
Alcoholic beverages which have not been provided by the event catering;
Food and hot drinks which have not been provided by the event catering;

Any other articles we identify as harmful or which may create a diversion.

Are LUGGAGES allowed at BRAND MINDS?

Due to security reasons, no luggages will be allowed in the venue. You will have to leave your luggage at the registration points. Please be mindful of the fact that you will have to take responsibility for all the personal belongings that you leave in your bag.

Also, please keep in mind that unattended luggage will be removed by security agents. We kindly ask all attendees to not leave their bags unattended.

I LOST my tickets. Can I still enter the event?

First of all, please make sure you have checked your email inbox and spam folder for your ticket. You will have received it by email from us.

If you still can’t find it, ask one of our Customer Service representatives for assistance. If you registered your correct attendee information in the purchasing process, they should be in our database and you will be able to collect your conference badge with your name and a valid ID.

Will there be a SECURITY check?

Yes. All attendees and their luggage must go through a security check at their arrival. Also, please keep in mind that to ensure a safe and special experience for our guests, everyone has to wear the access bracelet at all times. Furthermore, the bracelets and the badges become null and void if they are modified.

How can I CANCEL my ticket?

It is important to keep in mind that tickets are non-refundable.

They can be, however, transferred to another person.
In case that the order placed for the ticket has not been paid in the specified time, the booking request will be deleted from the system by default.

Where do I receive the EVENT DETAILS after I have purchased a ticket?

After you have purchased a ticket, you will receice all the information regarding the event on the email that you have used in the purchasing process.

Please make sure to check your spam folder as well in case you don’t find the emails in your main inbox. If you have not received anything, please contact us at tickets@brandminds.ro.

Will there be MEDICAL SERVICES for extreme situations?

Yes. An ambulance and medical services will be available during the event. In case you need medical attention, please contact BRAND MINDS staff.

Will there be FOOD & BEVERAGES at the event?

Throughout the conference there will be breaks when food, coffee, and beverages will be available.

However, please keep in mind that food might contain allergens. We will have a medical team available at the venue, yet we do expect all attendees to be responsible with the food they eat, especially if they are aware of specific allergies they might have.

Can I bring FOOD and BEVERAGES to the venue?

Please keep in mind that, at the venue, the only food or drinks allowed will be the ones provided by the event catering. In case you bring with you food or drinks from the outside, you will have to leave it at the security check.

Water, coffee, and lunch will be available during the event, provided by the organizers.

Will there be any PARKING LOT in the area?

Yes. We recommend using the Romexpo parking lot available for sections B. Please be mindful of the fact that the parking lot is not free and you might have to arrive early if you want to secure a spot in the venue area. Also, take into consideration that depending on your arrival hour and overall traffic, you may not find an available parking spot.

What are the channels to NETWORK at the event?

You have the opportunity to connect with BRAND MINDS attendees from over 50 countries at the event during coffee breaks & lunch, but also online, through the BRAND MINDS Membership App. The Membership App will be available soon and all ticket holders will be notified accordingly.

If you have a FIRST CLASS ticket, besides the coffee breaks, you are invited to network at the Exquisite Chef Experience lunch prepared especially for First Class ticket holders, but also at the Private Reception, where you have the opportunity to network with the speakers.

Can the SCHEDULE or SPEAKERS LINEUP change?

The schedule or the event lineup changes are subject to particular circumstances outside the organizers’ area of control. For example: a speaker not being able to participate due to a medical emergency will lead to a change in the agenda and the participants will be updated accordingly.

Although rare, BRAND MINDS reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and lineups according to the occured circumstances and will always update the attendees with the latest information, when such a situation happens.

How can I MEET the speakers?

The First Class Tickets are offering attendees the chance to meet their favourite speakers in person. There is a private reception organized especially for the First Class participants, where the speakers are also invited to attend.

Depending on their personal schedule however, you should be mindful of the fact that we cannot gurantee the participation of all speakers. Some of them have outbound flights back to their countries right after the event.

What DOCUMENTS & ITEMS should I take with me to the event?

Your ticket and a valid ID are mandatory.

We suggest that you bring business cards as well for networking, as anything else that would help you make the most of your professional time at the conference.
A power bank to charge your phone or a tablet would also be useful if you use your phone to take pictures and notes during the event.

Where can I find my EVENT TICKET?

All event tickets will be available in your BRAND MINDS Account. Please check the below steps in order to learn how to access them.

STEP 1: After you have placed your tickets’ order and finished with the payment check-out, you should have received a Payment Confirmation email from us;
STEP 2: In the Payment Confirmation email look for the magenta button which says: ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AND DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS HERE. Click on it – it will direct your to your BRAND MINDS Account; You can also access your account on BRAND MINDS website by accessing the LOG IN MY ACCOUNT button.
STEP 3: After you have been directed to your BRAND MINDS Account, you will find your tickets on the left side menu, in the Tickets section.

I have a ticket, but due to certain circumstances I will not be able to attend the event. Can I receive a REFUND?

As specified in the event Terms & Conditions, the conference tickets are non-refundable.

They can be, however, transferred to another person.
